• Account data: retained until your account is deleted
• Images: retained until deleted by you or upon account deletion
• Logs and analytics: retained for up to 12 months

Vextral AI is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete that data promptly.

AI-generated images produced by Vextral AI may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. Users are solely responsible for how they use generated content and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.
